After logging in, you can view your points balance in your account dashboard. Your balance will be updated instantly after each purchase, reward, or redemption.
At checkout, you’ll see an option to “Apply Points” once you have at least 100 points. You choose how many points you’d like to redeem, and the discount will be applied to your order total.
Yes — points expire 12 months after the date they were earned. Don’t worry — we’ll send you reminder emails before your points expire so you never miss the chance to use them.
Yes! You earn points on all eligible purchases, including sale items. However, points are calculated from the order subtotal after discounts have been applied.
If you return an item, the points earned from that item will be removed from your account. If you redeemed points on that order, those points will be added back to your balance once the return is processed.
